Known as Caltha-leaved Phacelia, this annual herb grows to a mature height of six inches to up to two feet. The stems are bristly, hairy, and glandular. Leaves are mostly basal, rounded to heart-shaped, and up to about two inches long. Flowers are purple, bell-shaped, form in clusters, and small.
